Food options continue to grow in and around the Mueller development. This casual spot specializes in hand-pulled noodles, and they also offer sushi rolls because, hey, why not.

The noodles are pretty damn good for Texas; variety is definitely nice, one can choose to 7 varieties hand drawn noodles; nothing else there, not even the sushi is very good...

The Out of Control Roll is legit! Tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, asparagus inside. Topped w seared tuna & salmon finished w spicy miso Japanese mayo,eel sauce, tobiko, scallions rice cracker.

Wow great hand-pulled Chinese noodles. The Dan-Dan bowl had a nice spicy vinegary broth. Definitely coming back.
