All the places seemed cool. Victory was packed. Settled at the Spectrum Grill & they had great food. Only thing that's annoying is the bathrooms are centralized. Staff had to shutdown FREE Taking back Sunday concert bc crowd got "too dangerous.." Good call on their part but should have been prepared for that. Cheesesteak place ran out of rolls at 930 pm #fail

You have to pay $1 for cheese, really? But the skirt steak, American With, is delicious and hits the spot after drinking here for hours.

SEPTA's AT&T Station is within view and better yet walking distance. Trains run ever 10 to 12 minutes.
