Taylor HolmesJuly 20, 2015The jugular attack @ check in for the time share upsell was unnecessary, but otherwise adored the place. At half the least expensive Disney real estate location, and 2x the sq footage it was amazing.
Great place to stay! Building 4 was awesome. Make sure you take advantage of everything though, from the pools to the volleyball area. The shop isn't too bad either, quite reasonable prices!

The views, the balcony to watch nightly Disney fireworks and the best resort staff around !! We just keep coming back !

Ask for a fireworks view as well as a room on an upper floor...no need to stay in the parks for fireworks. Building 4, floor 12 and we can view illuminations and wishes nightly!- loved tower 6. been here 10 days and dont want to leave! lazy river is worth the short walk. wifi worked great for the bit of VPN work I had to do at the office. room was awesome!

They make you feel like a princess (or prince)! Furniture is fancy and rooms are well decorated and overall atmosphere is very luxurious!

- Very nice. Stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed. A few minor issues with the buses to Disney but nothing I can hold against WBC. I read the comments about wifi, wifi in building 6 works great!
There is wi-fi in all 6 towers despite erroneous reports. However in Tower 5 this time we had to call Bright House night tech to refigure IP address on laptop and change iPhone setting to auto.
Amazing shower heads! Very relaxing surroundings. Be sure to bring steaks or burgers. They had gas grills you can use.
My 5th time here - 3pm sundaes by main pool are a kids favorite - all the pools are finished now - a great resort while at disney

Parents be responsible for your kids in the lazy river!! It's very rude to have them swimming in there bumping into people. Get it? It's a lazy river for relaxing, NOT a swimming pool.
Shower heads in building 2 are amazing. Make sure you walk around the whole resort! So much I didn't know they had!
Love this place!!! Have stayed here twice and had wonderful experiences! Will be back! Totally recommend using the nice grills for cooking!
Drew LJune 3, 2011Re wifi, I'm told it is for outside grounds only. For in-room, there's an Ethernet cable that you can plug into your notebook computer. Internet is FREE! I used my notebook to create wifi 4 my iPhone!

The lazy river is awesome! Perfect for hot Florida sun! The only thing missing is a swim up bar.
The only building with in-room wifi is Building 6. The guest service standards are hugely variable, depending on the personality of the person "assisting" you.
Awesome resort. No complaints at all. Go every year, can't wait to go again next august.
Richard SouthSeptember 10, 2011Ride the water slide!! It seems dark and scary at first but then it shoots you out! Ride it at least 10 times.- They will tell you, if you inquire, that there is wireless in rooms, but its not in all rooms, so bring a wireless router!
Dan StewartApril 14, 2014Been owner since 2007 and theists has been the worst parking experience so far staying at bldg 6. Not sure if it is the bldg or just overcrowding of the entire resort now.- Not the greatest resort out there. I have stayed in better in the area. Like the closeness and fireworks view!
Stephen MarquezFebruary 14, 2013The sales crew here is still a bunch of assholes. They pressure you to waste your vacation time going to their meetings that are mostly useless and promise gifts that are only for couples.
Ridiculous height requirements for the water slides. Not many kids are 48" tall. My kid is only 40". He can swim but isn't allowed to ride a water slide that ends in 3 inches of water???
All buildings have wifi now, very beautiful property
These people are great love comming here with the family
