If you are in need of some rest, spa there is choice No. 1 ! Rarely more then 2-3 people there at mornings and middays, afternoon and evening could be more packed, but you have still your own space...
This is not just a gym. This place oozes class in just about every area. Friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile, brand new equipment, Molton Brown toiletries, and a free Costa drink! Class

This is the best gym I've visited in Central London. Spanking equipment. Great staff. Nice hydrotherapy pool. Free coffee!
