Pizzeria · Bywater · 77 tips and reviews
Eater: This pizza pop-up in the Bywater is pick-up only on those couple days a week it’s open, but despite that it’s already established itself as one of the best pizzas in town. [Eater 38 Member]

Eater: New Orleans is a town with a surprisingly high number of great steakhouses (Brennan’s, Besh, etc) but La Boca stands out. Excellent beef in a comfortable, rustic setting. [Eater 38 Member]
Eater: Get there early & enjoy your food in a relatively quiet & peaceful bar setting, or get there late, dance your ass off, & feed your soul. Get the patatas bravas & thank us later. [Eater 38 Member]
Eater: It’s impossible to say any shop has the best po’ boys, but they make a strong claim to that title here. They’re expensive for po’ boys, but they’re large and worth every penny. [Eater 38 Member]
Pam B.: The grits aren't cooked in water; they're cooked in butter and cream. Try not to think too much about that while you're shoveling in an entire side bowl. Tremendously delicious!

Eater: New American, gastropub-style restaurant in the Quarter helmed by Chef Alex Harrell. Widely acclaimed as a very high-end restaurant at a price point that’s high but not terrifying. [Eater 38 Member]
