Ok I'll chime in with my 2 cents... Gave us a FREE 3 month membership with $20 bucks FREE play, on which we won $75 bucks, which paid for dinner and drinks!! Bar tender at the Center bar was great,
Don't complain about the $10 membership fee. You get it back on a gift card that can be used at the bar or restaurants -- and the drinks/food here are actually worth your time!
This a Class 3 casino deemed by the Pennsylvania Gaming Board. The Casino is required to have the patron purchase (retail) at least $10 in order to provide access to the gambling floor.
First of all there was false advertising for cheap beers and free cover for dueling pianos. So we tried to go to the casino and you have to buy an access pass, so we ended up leaving.
The line to check in goes all the way down the hallway and moves slowly. Only one check-in counter. Plan to wait at least 30 mins to get your room key on a Saturday.
The King of Prussia Casino is smoky with terrible ventilation. I don't understand why it's even allowed. Smoking is next to non-smoking. Must be a loophole in PA law. Linda Spreeman, King of Prussia
Casino tower rooms: dirty & old! Our sheets were covered in hair as were the blankets & pillowcases. Front desk sent someone right away, new ones dirty too; not as bad but still gross. Won't be back!
Didnt have to pay a charge like others say. Food's a bit expensive. Room is big, but mattress is too firm. No bedbugs, but some foreign hairs in bed. Slots paid out well enough. 15 min for blackjack.
Probably the worst casino I've ever been in. You have to pay a membership fee to get in, really???? If it was a high endcasino in Vegas, maybe, but here. Wow. I couldn't leave fast enough!!!
Only been here once, don't think I'll ever go back. The only casino I've heard of that charges a membership fee, so you're losing money before you even get in the door.
Weird. A ten dollar fee. But I M staying a radison. So I have to go back to my lobby to get a card. Did they ever consider connecting their database. Decided not to visit casino. Fail
If you check in after 10pm they make you walk to the Radisson. I guess their business is so bad that they can't afford someone at reservations overnight. Wow.
Ate in restaurant, they tacked on 20% gratuity for 7 people (service wasn't worth 20%), got my "passport", the casino said its expired. Waiting in a long line just to get a new card to enter casino
Mike the bellhop is about the only person working here who has his shit together. Shit wifi, broken Jacuzzi, hard bed, spotty housekeeping, expensive everything. Glad I'm not the one paying the bill.
Not impressed! Got a players card with free play! Except, couldn't use it as they gave me wrong pin then it got locked then they said all slot readers were having technical difficult. I'll pass.
I don't usually leave tips but this place is so bad I need to vent. They don't have an in house coffee shop, dry cleaning, a spa. My room looks like a motel 6. Old TV. The jacuzzi is broken.
Don't waste your time or money. Costs $10 to get in and you'll lose everything else you brought. Also, rude employees will skip you for drink service even while actively playing. Worst casino ever!
Keep driving. First impression? Men's room was a mess. $10 just to walk in casino? We aren't gamblers, no real restaurants or bars. We turned and walked out.
