Def the cleanest most picturesque, well maintained and well thought out water parks I have ever seen. Helpful signs everywhere, food is delish, a lot of fun activities = lots of smiles all around
Lots to do and it's very clean. You really need more than a day to do it all. The snorkeling is great. While expensive so is the swimming with the dolphins. Don't miss the ropeswing over the cenote.
Great place for the entire family. Clear, warm water with no current and colorful fish of all sizes. Snorkeling is some of the best that you will find. All inclusive food and drink. Very relaxing. Read more
It’s a natural lagoon. The park has so many things to do. The lighthouse Waterslide was thrilling, and I enjoyed cliff jumping, which was scary at the moment.
Everything is good there! Get the Plus Package and you can eat and drink All you want. Beer and mixed drinks included. Beautiful place! I recommend to buy the picture package too.
Wow.. I mean this is a taste of paradise on earth there is no doubt about it. If it's your first time there don't bother with buying in the extra activities, there is plenty to to do therr for free.
Everything was great! The inclusive package with the Swim with the Dolphins was wonderful. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, the scenery was breathtaking, lots of shaded areas.
This is a an absolutely amazingly beautiful place. Ignore all the hyped up "activities" and find the secret beach. Don't forget to spend most of your time snorkeling - try to find the sting rays!
Had a fantastic time here. The extra activities may seem expensive but they are well worth the money. We did zip bike and the sea trek and both were great
If you're already at the edge of the Cliff of Courage, the choice is as clear as the water below. Don't think. Do. People waiting behind you will appreciate it.
Very relaxing and great food. Only bummer is that you honestly have to pay extra for all the cool stuff. Otherwise you are just swimming and snorkeling.
Xel-Há is the world's largest natural aquarium, featuring pristine beaches and a floral wonderland. Located close to the Tulum Archeological Site, lookout points and photo ops abound.
When snorkelling, head to the cafe area under the bridge... The big fish hide there (3/4ft long) and wear flippers on the lazy river when in a rubber tube. If you fall out of the tube your screwed!!

Great place but DON'T combine with another tour. We combined with tulum and had to speed walk through the ruins and only managed to fit in snorkelling and zip line. Was very disappointed.
Doesn't worth that money just for jumping from 2 places and an activation area like walking on the ropes above the sea. All other activities are extra, at least 49 USD!! Dolphins 45 min not one hour..
Paying 90 bucks to see the dolphins is a rip off, wait until the enclosure is shut and just jump the rope and the dolphins swim up, stroke em for free lol
Not a fan. Came here around 5 years ago and it seems they have let the place go. Food was gross, barely saw any fish when you were snorkeling, water was way to murky. The lighthouse was a let down lol
Hidden 30 miles south of Playa del Carmen, 60 from Cancun, or... 8 miles north of Tulum, is an inlet of heavenly design, a sanctuary of amazing biological wealth within the Riviera Maya, the scenario of Xel-Há, Natural Wonder.(Show more)
