Lovely place to stay in the national park. Be aware of the bears! Go to hike in vary of the trails around the lodges. See the sequoias. Eat the deer meat in violet sauce at the restaurant, delicious

Great place. Quiet, slow paced & nice people. The Peaks has great breakfast buffet & dinner can be really delicious. Make reservations or be prepared to wait. Wifi, but it's great to be offline!

Best place to stay at this national park, but bring your own food, the food at the only restaurant in 100 miles, called Peaks... sucks!

The tomato goat cheese soup was too acidic, butafter adding a smidge of sugar, it was great! Food tastes homemade!

Get a table with a view and the fish and chips are excellent.

Make sure you get a reservation! It's unfortunately difficult to do by phone sometimes.

It's rather expensive but you have no other choice because it's the only restaurant for miles.

Book ahead in summer, or try calling same-day for last-minute cancellations.

The best time of the year to be here, is when there is 17 feet of snow.

The service is TERRIBLE. The dishes are ok, but cold and bland. Such a shame!
