After a couple years of work the new playground is finally open and it's awesome. Also, pro tip for the germophobes: get here quick because it'll never be cleaner.
From 1883-1891 this was the stadium of the Brooklyn Ball Club, who evolved into the Dodgers. The stadium stretched from 3rd St. to 5th St., between 4th & 5th Aves.
