Get here early! We arrived at 10am and got a perfect parking spot, as well as a awesome spot on the beach! Also, earlier is cooler, so less chance of a sun burn!!

This beach literally took my breath away it was so stunning. Photos don't capture the full awesomeness of this setting. Make it a must see on your Kauai Beach Bucket List!

Great snorkeling, wonderfully views, fresh fruit, and plenty of space even when the parking lot is jam packed. Also it has bathrooms and lifeguards.

The pod of spinner dolphins tour through here, sea turtles swim near the reef and plenty of fish are around too. Avoid the surfers and do some snorkeling!

October 2015, we had awesome snorkelling on the north side (right side facing the ocean). Do not forget to explore the cave across the street and try the food truck. Bbq pork sandwich and smoothies ..

There is a smaller entrance with a few parking spots about a 1,000ft before the main parking by the cave. Less crowded part of the beach.

Good snorkeling when waves are calm. Get there early and park at Haena Beach. Monk seals sometimes come on shore.

Super calm at the end of august. Our favorite beach to swim and snorkel. Get there early to snag a parking spot.

The greatest snorkeling on the Garden Island. Don't forget the sun block. Enter with caution as the currents may be very strong.

Best place in Kauai to snorkel. Be sure to go out to the center where you can watch the sharks going in and out of the tunnels 20 feet down.

Beautiful location, but seemingly impossible to swim at due to the random beach closures. Better to snorkel Anini beach down the road were the lifeguards are less over zealous about perfect conditions

Go snorkeling! When we were there, a big beauty of a sea turtle came right up to shore, allowing awesome looks! Just don't touch them--it's illegal.

Great place to dive and snorkel. The warm shallows are good for the kids, but out at the reef's edge is amazing. 10 to 30 ft. is where all the action is! Highly recommended!!!

Stay out of the water in the winter when big swell arrives unless you know what you are doing with your surfboard.
