Very good coffee, perfect for cheap breakfast, just try natural bagel with cream cheese, black coffee and red velvetcookies for only around 6 Canadian dollars
I work there. Long line up at peak points , the management is going to add more cashiers soon. The atmosphere is friendly and the place is clean. you can order whatever specific change you want!
Worst Timmy's I've ever been to. Terrible service, they messed up my drink, no one was enthusiastic, and they refused to speak to me in English despite being in CANADA. Freaking Québécois separatists.

Good: they have ColdStone ice cream. Bad: it's always crowded, noisy and dirty (ex: garbage piling up) The one at St Catherine is much smaller but not as stressful.
The staff is poorly trained. Be careful of being short changed as they, on many occasions, give back the wrong change thinking you won't bother counting. Add to that a high number of homeless people.
So slow! The service is faster when there is a buge line; if youre the only customer all they do is chat and it takes 10mins (literally) to get a bagel
