The ice cap machine has been down for cleaning the last four times I've gone too. Why would they clean it at 7:30 am & 5:30 pm? Those have to be their busiest times. Wont go back Starbucks is better

Won't be back very upset when Ive tried to get money back for bad coffee they won't help you had to call the corporate office and they still didn't offer to even give my money back. Horrible company
