I have had a maiing box here for several years. JIm and staff have always treated me with the best service I could ask for, always cheerfully retrieving the mounds of packages I receive there.

I've always received excellent customer service here. Friendly and helpful. I go early in the morning and get service right away. Sure beats waiting in line at the USPS by uncaring zombies.

I've been to this location a few times and always had a good experience! Jim, the manager, takes the time to assist each customer and even dug through 250 packages to find mine and correct the label.

My past few visits have been pleasant. There are a few team members that have been working there regularly, at this location, who are very efficient and always very nice and cheerful.

I've been using their services for 3 years for Amazon returns and sending packages. Their staffs are absolutely the nicest staffs and always helped me with my business so fast and efficiently.

Having a mailbox there is just fine. Parking is usually available & it's conveniently located next to QFC & Bartells so it's a good location to run your errands & be able to park on a busy corner.

I have been a customer at this store for several years, and the whole staff are unfailingly wonderful. They always greet me, know my name, and are really friendly.

my packages have always gotten delivered without any hassle and for less than i expected. the staff is great - maybe due to good management? anyway - thanks ups staff for always coming through!

This particular UPS location is a bit bigger than the ones just north and west of it. They seem to have their act a bit more together, too. They've always been kind and fair.

I didn't know how to open up my email account and Angus helped me immensely I just sat here and paid for it is very helpful and cheerful and I had no worries about how to do it he did it all for me.

Jon was super friendly, efficient and helpful. I come here reasonably often to drop off packages and just used the notary service. No complaints, would do it again.

This UPS store is terrific. A friend who is moving to Boston brought her stuff to UPS and was delighted that they boxed and shipped everything for a very reasonable price.

He may not be a morning person, but he warms up nicely as the day goes on. I have never, ever had a problem with package deliveries. Ever. I often ask them to send my mail by UPS

Great friendly service at this location. For those that might have had a problem, I might suggest that the problem was within, rather than with the stores personnel.

The hours are good, wait times are minimal, and the staff is quite professional. In addition to shipping and packing, the store has a notary and can take passport photos.

First off, I think Jim and his staff are great! I specifically only work with Jim for shipping and when I need documents notarized. Yes not rude at all, just very direct.

I'm somewhat lazy so I was excited to find out it was located next to QFC.I walked in, handed the guy at the counter my box. He asked whether I needed a receipt. I said yes. I walked out. DONE
