Used to be free parking the whole day of Sunday but changed to free parking for 2 hours with RM 30 purchase in Jaya Grocer. Quiet yet good environment for nice breakfast in the early morning.

Traffic flow quite stupid. Exit points blocked by entering vehicles. Taxis & drivers stop wherever, block traffic. Cones everywhere to squeeze cars into small lanes. Potholes. Useless security guards.
