Exceptional Japanese food. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing, watching the chef preparing your dishes. Absolutely superb.

The rice, olive oil, and salt ice cream was truly in a league of its own. Sushi was well prepared and high quality for Paris, although middling compared to costal cities.

A true Tokyo style sushi temple. Beautiful sushi and the Dejuner menu at lunch is reasonable for the quality.
