Excellent option to visit Grand Canyon. We hace received very good treatment and attention. Landing in Grand Canyon with Champagne makes a difference!! Owesome tour, owesome employees and organization

This place is great, such a wonderful trip with a picnic in the grand Canyon. We had pilot Fred Greer and he was fantastic; we learnt a lot, laughed a lot and really enjoyed the whole experience!

If you're arranging pick-up from MGM, be sure to locate the West Wing Event Lobby in advance. (If you get dropped off at MGM and need to take an Uber/Lyft elsewhere, also locate the Self-Park Garage.)

Letting us know that our flight could not go on when we stood there... Would be nice of they let it know in advance... Got a complimentary short flight which was nice, but not what we booked!

Our trip was cancelled due to unforeseen maintenance. They have no idea of how to handle a situation like this. They have a "there is nothing we can do attitude". You really have to push them!!

Try taking a bus while you're on the strip. It can save you HOURS of walking. $8 for an all-day pass or $3 for a single trip.

Extremely stupid to bring tourists an hour before flight when registration takes about a minute and there is a small common room with restrooms only.
