Nice regional small town airport. Can get basically everything you need. I'd like to see some kind of easier way to go downstairs to all turboprop carriers. Escalators should be good.

Very friendly security officer. Very patient in carry out his duty. Despite of my many time failed in metal detection, he is very friendly to assist me. Welcome to kota bharu. A place of many smiles.

Dear airport management, thank you so much to your honest staff! accidentally left my iphone 6 plus at arrival toilet, luckily the toilet cleaner lady return it to polis bantuan and got it back!

The Hot n Roll crepe sold here is quite good. Or you can enjoy the view of airplane departing and arriving from KFC seating area.

Every year I travel back to Borneo. Stay at the departure hall buy sandwich from skyroom deli while waiting for my flight air Asia AK 5346 to Borneo sabah. From 10 in the morning till 1400 hours.

Arrive ahead peeps..people are just not following the rules!!

Got lots of food here now in the airport. Dunkin Donut, OBrien, Hot & Roll, Takoyaki and KFC.Not interested? Walk out the airport and cross the road, you can see some local food there! Nice!

SkyRoom Deli at the Departure lounge doesn't start operate at early hours. For those who's flying first flight out.. Make sure u snacks before u leave home or before u check-out.

Come here earlier during peak hour. Especially 4pm-7pm..

Airport area is under construction. Hopefully it's getting bigger & spacious. And pls we need more restaurants / cafes. More convenient parking.

Go across the street to eat very cheap local food! Breakfast for 2 people (3 roti, 2 eggs, 3 ice tea and 3 sweets) under 10 MYR!

All facilities here should be upgraded to accomodate for more & more people who are travelling to Kelantan by airplane. Can be super crowded here especially during raya and school holidays.

If you were to fly in the morning, make a quick stop for nasi kerabu takeaway and eat at the airport cafe. It's cheaper and much tastier. Just order a drink. A perfect way to end your Kelantan trip.

Need more ample space for drop off and parking. The busiest airport in East Coast

Multiple flights daily from various companies so you can choose which time is the cheapest one. Musim cuti sekolah will be crowded like pasar!

Small airport equip with very nice and clean toilet which will impress you. Many huge airports should learn from them how to take good care of the washroom for better image.

Since malindo and firefly operated here, they have schedule MAS operation to facilitate every carrier included Air Asia.. the worst part, most of the flight to KLIA are always full seat.

Good accomodation for muslim to pray..at level 1..for olders can use the lift..

Not much food choice. KFC. Dunkin Donuts. Obrian. Hot n roll & local kopitiam. I bought bread & drinks at SS Mart. Limited seats at waiting area. Around 20-30mins to town by taxi.

AirAsia should have self check in kiosks at every airport. Checkin in at counters is so outdated :p

Fact: KBR Airport is serving 60 flights daily from KUL, SZB, PEN, JHB, SIN. A big achievement for such a small airport

Customer Service Agent Airasia should be more helpful, friendly and informative.Dear Airasia,please do more educate your staff how to respect passengers and customers.....

Great but i feel si bad bcs of their languages.they still using the pure kelantan.how about the tourist when they want to ask something?

Every months I'm travel back to borneo using this airport and it's the best busy airport. Aramaitii

Never be late to check-in. If you check-in early, you can relax.

I hv lost my bag here,it was just a shopping/leisure bag with "i love krabi" words on it. I put my pillow n coat inside. Such frustrated with the airport security,small thing cannot be helped.

Newly refurbished airport is much more comfortable and spacious but parking is still a nightmare. Seems they ddnt learn from their previous airport

if you have checked in luggage do not rush out of the plane, take your time and enjoy the warm fresh air

Rest and go by Gintell, worth 3ringgit for 9mins. Having mine now. Yay.

Going back to KL after 22hrs in KB, here for business, great food! Must return on a personal foodie trip!

Hungry at the boarding hall? Try the pau at the cafe. Personal fav are the bbq chicken n red bean pau. Yummers!

Fast check in if it's not a peak period. Otherwise it's a long wait

Small airport with zero free seating for passengers b4 went through the departure gate. Lots of pay massage chairs that can be super annoy peep peep sound when peoples sat on it without paying it.

Limited food choices at airside, best u eat before checking in, or hv the KFC!

1st class. Very nice toilet at departure hall.

Better to check in /print the ticket before you heading to airport.

Toilets near the waiting area has been upgraded, and the boarding gates are now wider. good improvement!

Just because I travel alone..the airport limo driver claimed I bought half ticket price so he wants to pick up another passenger....benggong!! Only if he asked nicely then he can pocketed RM60....

Nice and clean, but could use some extra public seating, esp for elderly

can be very crowded during festive season. toilet is clean. never tried the restaurant though. better go to KFC
