A MUST visit. Use the light grey mud before the dark one or else you’ll age 10 yrs before you get younger by 10 yrs. Locals made fun of us. Your skin really transforms and becomes soft and dewy

There are 3x sulphur spring baths that are extremely hot, but actually very enjoyable - esp with the mud experience!!!! If you pay more, you can explore beyond the baths and see the whole park

The edges of the mud bath area can be a little slippery and the areas just above it a little harsh on the feet but a must do experience in St Lucia

Go early to beat crowds. Stay in the pool for a while to really relax before you mud up. Beating tours is key.

Don't get into the mudbath if you have a sunburn! It will sting. Go after 17.00 to get the place more for yourself, even a moonlight bath. Open till 20.00.

You'll find soft sulphur mud downstream of the pool and at the bottom if the pool. The rough stuff is upstream.
