I have never had a good experience at a Steak and Shake. The service is usually accompanied by profanity and extremely long food times. I give them a chance about once every 5 years.

Good for late night bad-for-you but yummy food. The Royale Burger with the fried egg is great.

Randall doesn't use a pad to take food orders. We always try to talk fast and stump him, but he's pretty good!!

The frisco melt is the best-minus the southwest sauce and add mayo, a tomato, and bacon. Yum-my!
