Great staff, they know how to make a great Tazo Chai Latte! Limited seating inside but they have a nice patio for those sunny days!

I LOVE the fact that they have a drive through, but sometimes it's really SLOW - especially in the mornings.

The staff is very rude and inconsiderate. The only reason I come here is because it's closer to my place than the chapters Starbucks by square one is. I avoid coming to this branch.
