There isnt a single ice cream/milk that beats Smiling Hill. I stick to the Vanilla Ice Cream. Its PERFECT. For milk I recommend trying their coffee flavored milk!

Don't bother wIth the coffee ice cream. Flavorless, almost tasted like sweet cream. However the ginger was interesting.
