Must call a day in advance to request certain specialties, like beggar's chicken, and a stuffed chicken baked in clay; but you also won't want to miss the soup dumplings.

Coming down with a winter cold? The hot and sour soup here will help clear you out. It's well worth upgrading to the seafood version too if you like scallops and shrimp.
