You can customize the bomba. I love black rice but don't like squid so I asked them to make it with shrimp and chorizo. Don't forget the carrothabanero sauce !! Not hot more flavor !!

Another example of a Spanish restaurant that has fantastic tapas and drinks but has so-so pallea. Stay the drinks and small plates and you'll have an excellent meal. Jamoncroquetas were tops.
Pass on the stuffed olives, and the bacalao croquettes were meh, but the falafel dish was fantastic. The clams & chorizo sofrito was ok. Cocktails were great here.
