Elizabeth BursteinJune 15, 2016Ask if the seven sacred pools are fully visible. Second time I went they are blocked off for reconstruction. Try to make time to do the full hike.

The Ritz-CarltonJanuary 18, 2012Oheo Gulch, a part of Haleakala National Park, features 7 pools, of which most are secluded 2 miles upland. When hiking in, be certain to do a safety check on weather and stream conditions of the day.UpvoteDownvote

"2 mile hike. Worth it to see the falls. You go through the bamboo forest on the way which was awesome! Wear good shoes! I don't know how people got up there in flip flops. Lol! Lots of mud and rocks."
