The gym staff is wonderful, they will design your personal workout routine and follow up on you. Don't really need to pay expensive personal trainer sessions

I just go there for the swimming. The big pool between the hours of 9 and about 11 the pool is roasting.

Remember to bring cash if you want a snack or a drink after your workout as the cafe doesn't take cards
