The mushroompate is vegan, get it along with veggies and tofu (you can ask to add lettuce) and without the mayo sauces and its all vegan! You can add sriracha and hoisin sauce after you pay.
The pho broth is spot on. American-ified by too much brisket, but they know the audience. If they took burritosoff the menu would be totally gluten free: just watch what the gloves touch to be safe.
