We had an unfortunate accident during this visit involving a food runner and our baby, plus our order came out wrong. That being said management did come over and apologize then pay for our meal.

Not the best salad in the world, service is a little slow for a weekend I have only seen 3 wait staff. Let's see you really don't get what you pay for, this burger was $11 hmmm ur choice

When its busy it can take up to an hour to get your food. The kitchen staff is slow and food is served cold

This site in particular is gross and dirty. My ice had frozen dirt in it... I will stick to going to the Patriots Place location from now on.
