The new functional training area looks great - but why only one drinking station? Two fountains positioned rediculously close that you can only use one at a time.
Wrists/forearms, lower-back and calves! Areas most neglected during workouts in the gym. Speak to one of the ever helpful trainers at the gym on how to include exercises for these in your training
