Such a vast and wonderful place. Must see. Was pretty hot walking around even in October just as it's such a big open space. I would get an audio guide as we learnt nothing without! 😳

Unforgettable experience for sure, would recommend getting a map for the ruins, it's quite hard to get around without it. Also be careful with guys at parking next Porta Marina entrance,they're crafty

The city was so impressive and scary place. I learned many stories about there,people lives,their routine etc from our guide, so you should to visit with guide excatly.

A very interesting place and architectural site. Go and visit the historical villas built thounds of years ago.

Get a guide its worth it. Simply visiting the town without knowing the history is meaningless. Here you will discover that even back there are a lt of things that aready existed. Spas , pools ...

Must see for anyone who can! We had a guided tour who, knowledgeable as he was, jumped around a lot and I feel we missed a lot. I would suggest getting an audio guide and having your own tour.

Big cultural experience for me. Learnt so many things bout anciet civilization and some buildings and murals are almost intact. Download voice guide for the city. It's really huge so you wont get lost

It was quite an experience walking through the ruins.Its like a maze.Loved the experience.But direction inside are poor .You should be really good with the map .

Very amazing and historical place. But like a desert in summer!

Pace yourself, this place is huge. There is a little cafe inside that is quite nice so you don't have to buy from the pesky sellers outside.

If you get there really early you'll have this wonderful ancient city all to yourself

DO NOT book a "Vesuvio Tour transfer" to mount vesuvios expecting a "tour" guide or entrance to the site. It's simply a taxi ride up and back. Better off driving if u have a car. Zero value add!!

You end up taking hours knowing Pompei, an exotic and amazing to know!

Fascinante lugar. Merece la pena dedicarle el día completo de ser posible. Es enorme e increíble. Tras la apertura y antes del cierre hay poca gente y son las mejores fotos.

Burayı mutlaka gezin. Hikayesi çok etkileyici. MS 1.yy dan 18.yy a kadar vezüv külleri ve sicak toprak altinda kalan bir şehrin hikâyesi

Llevar agua y paciencia. Se llena bastante. Muy lindo. Más grande de lo que uno se imagina. Lo mejor es ir con guía. Si se hace solo, se necesitan como 4hrs para verlo todo
