Even better now that Hyatt has taken over. The best hotel gym in NYC along with one of the best burgers in town.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. A 15m queue to check in. Requested a quiet room and was put above a bank of air-con units. Ended up facing a 24hr construction site with no double glazing.

Service was condescending, unhelpful and rude. Staff don’t care. Rooms are from a 1970s nightmare.
