Never had a pizza like this! Extremely disappointed, feedback from manager that the pizza chef is dayoff! Sea urchin pasta is OK but the buratta is extremely tasty.

Well it's not the same as the original (Milan), it's one of the better ones in HK

The food is consistently under seasoned and bland. Soup was gloppy and had zero presence of aromatics. Chicken in the salad was dry and underseasoned. The pizza crust was too dense and chalky. Avoid
