Been here 10+ times
Plenty of unique cheese familiar & unavailable elsewhere. Cypress Grove is heavily present w/ mmm Midnight Moon and Humboldt Fog while a lavender&espresso rind cheese Barely Buzzed is distinctive too.

Don't go for the normal cheese plates. Ask Barbara, the cheese monger to make up a customized plate based upon your tastes.
