    I'm quite surprised the reviews aren't higher. This is the best sushi I've had. Loved the Amber Roll- avocado, crabmeat, shrimp. Himalayas Roll was delicious with seared tuna, avocado, cream cheese.

    Light above average. Pick portions for the sushi rolls. Tasted ok, tried the salmon roll and hamachi roll with jalapeño
