Best vegan pho I've had in Sydney! Their pretty dumplings are flavourful, and the khots were a hit with the boyfriend :) Definitely going back to try the bun rieu

This is a Vietnamese restaurant with a vegetarian/vegan "health" bent. Extensive use of Quinoa and Amaranth. Hence Vietnam street food up a notch. Good wholesome food and warm personal service.

I didn't have a booking but luckily just me & it was quiet enough at the time. Gets really busy quickly. I'll book next time & recommend you do! The nourishing soup was amazing but not too spicy :)

Overall great experience, and support the veg-only dining focus - Yulli's being another standout - but a bit too repetitive in flavours (quinoa and tofu in *everything*) to bring me back anytime soon.

My favourite restaurant in Sydney. Amazing food and a very cosy beautiful little restaurant. Definitely book at least 24hours ahead to avoid missing out.

It sure is tasty, but seriously, only if you r vegan or gluten intolerant or super health conscious. For meat lovers, not so sure if this is a place for you. Once is enough for me.

This place is definitely not a secret anymore, so make a booking. My favourites: the curry, the rice paper rolls, the sacred khot, and quinoa noodle salad.

Nourishing Quarter is small, so it is a good idea to book. They only have sittings at 1800 and 2000.

There's no meat here. But it's still very tasty. The fried grains are delish.
