The beauty department is very special. Great selection of fragrances, many of them exclusive to Neiman Marcus. And the makeup artists are super talented and friendly.

I went to smell some fragrances at the Jo Malone counter. Didn't even get acknowledged by any of the sales associates. How rude! Won't be shopping there anymore.
