If haven't a watch you can tell the time by looking at Big Ben. Be warned it is partially obscured so impossible to do from 20 past, till 20 to each hour. Meh you can't everything in life.

If there is no coffee in the kitchen, check meeting rooms ( or just outside of meeting rooms ) where fresh coffee for guests is often served but rarely all consumed.
