    oh Medina... be prepared for harassment from local sellers but besides that people are very friendly and helpful! cute small streets, lots of cats. In general Stroller/ Pram friendly. Walls keep cool.

    So crowded and amazing. We visited in December, so it was pretty cold during the nights but amazingly warm during the day. We had a walking tour of Medina and loved every step;

    You haven't visited Marrakech until you've walked those streets & alleys. Better yet, you should live in the Medina.

    Crowded with locals and tourist. First time travelers are an easy target for hustlers and scammers. Remember: Nothing comes cheap and ignore 'helpful' locals. Otherwise a must if you visit Marrakech.

    Awesome experience. Make sure you know where you're going as it's easy to get lost. Be watchful of speeding scooters, donkey carts, and other hazards that come out of nowhere and can run you over!

    The juice stalls are excellent as well as the nuts market. Laidies walking around can forcibly take put temporary henna tattoos . U will be forced to pay and they can become a bit aggressive

    Medina is all behind the walls. Over 20 different areas with their own communities. Mostly bustling with life. Hire a guide if you really want to get to know Marrakech.

    If you walk around without guide, in each crossroad someone will tell you you're going wrong, or typically "fermé, mosque". Just say you want to have a look and keep going. ;)

    Nicest of all medinas we have seen on Morocco although people claim Fès as the nicest. Alleys are broader, shopkeepers not too pushy. Watch out for scooters which drive through.

    Ignore locals who tell you that the road ahead is closed or that you're going the wrong way - they're trying to lure you to shops etc. If you get lost, ask a shop keeper!

    Walk on the right hand side!! Ignore anyone telling you the way to the square - they may lead you to somewhere else and will always expect to be paid.

    N'hésitez pas à vous enfoncer dans les souks, les vendeurs y sont plus sympas et vous faites de meilleures affaires qu'autour de la place.
