VanessaFebruary 9, 2013As a highly raved food over at Marché, the rösti here never fails to disappoint. It's fragrant as it is nicely charred, crispy at the top and bottom, and soft in the middle - the best of both worlds!!

Maybe it's just my favourite food: western. Due to the concept of semi buffet and cook to order in front of me, I couldn't hold myself to order another plate. I love the fresssssnesh. Pricey though...UpvoteDownvote
