In everything we do,we hav 2 b systematic & b sensitive 2 d feelings of others.for instance if we ought 2 transact @ any government agency we should "give ample time" 2 such. Let us avoid the rush.

Super fast when you go in the morning! Don't bother to go after lunch hours..they will post "printer error" I've returned 3x around 1pm, then finally gave me a tip to return in the morning. Tsk tsk
