I'm not a fan of home fries, but I have to say that these were probably among the best I've ever had (crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, which, to me, is perfect!)

Love the owner...she is very sweet and attentive to patrons' needs! Blueberry pancakes are pretty good!!!
