The bread is hard and crust is flaking off. The adolescent staff is annoying. If they paid as much attention to the quality of their product as they do goofing off, my sandwich might have fresh bread!

This location and others owned by the same people no longer accept the Jersey Mike's email coupons by phone, so I will be stopping here a lot less.
