@Jim T, Jamba Juice serves with NO high-fructose corn syrup so I'll dispute your 'sugary crap' claim. I'll also recommend the Spinach n' Cheesebreakfast wrap with a Strawberry Surf Rider & add Whey.
Look at the nutrition facts and u will see just how many cups, yes cups, of sugar are in a jamba smoothie. Juice from concentrate doesn't equal real fruit. If you don't want fat u can't have sugar
