The wheelchair/disabled accessible washroom is tucked away on the 7th floor. Turn left coming out of the elevators...NOT right toward the "regular" ones. Even the employees were stumped! 'Twas a hike!

Staff was rude, one stopped trying to help me when she realized I didn't speak French. Another staff member told me the earrings I purchased were hypoallergenic and plated in gold, which was a lie.
