Delicious. Chasu has a good mix of fat and meat. There's a layer of oil on top (true to Fukuoka style) which traps heat, perfect for cold weather. Don't make my mistake, go with normal spicy or extra.
The Ramen was great. Tasty soup, egg exactly as it should be- semi soft, the pork belly meat was tender. One of the best Ramen we ever had including in Japan. We also had fabulous Gyoza.
