Not holiday inn standard. Musty smell, AC doesn't work in room, clean but old, no elevator? Weird! And it has the weirdest courtyard in the middle. Just odd. Stay next door @Best Western instead.

Only 2 washer/dryers. Plan for laundromat if you are traveling and need to wash clothes.
