Can’t go wrong here, best ramen in Rotterdam. Try the black Tonkotsu or one of the other soup dishes. You’ll never go back to Wagamama after eating at Hinoki.
The ramen is tasty and has nice springy noodles. The tori kara-age fried chicken is also recommended - crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.
Tasty ramen made with Sapporonoodles (rather thin). Soft eggs are worth adding to your bowl. Sides were delicious too (teriyaki kip, yakitori, edamame). Kind staff and good prices. Big thumbs up!
Pleasantly surprised by this one! It really feels and tastes like authentic japanese dishes. The gyoza and kimchi are excellent and the tokyo ramen is really tasty as well. Service is slow though
TonkatsuNoodle was delicious but IMO need stronger taste as in Japan. Maybe locals wouldn't like it "real" one's smell so they adjust to it. Gyoza and Takoyaki were amazing.
My new favorite noodle spot in R’dam! Can definitely recommend the hot sake and check the board for their ranked noodle soup dishes in case you need some guidance.
Ramen was a big portion. Not cheap but not the most expensive bowl of ramen I've seen either. Worth it. Had the tan tan men and it was great. Not crowded on weekdays
I honestly can't say if this was good Noodle Soop, not an expert. But I do know that you stand in line outside waiting for a table (unusual in the NL) and I did really enjoy eating here. Must be good.
Although it’s a busy place, ppl tend to be quiet and enjoying their food. Servers are very observant and polite. Food is served quickly and it’s inexpensive.
The Nishiyama noodles from Sapporo were good and chewy. The taste of the broth is decent - according to western standards. Side dishes were average. Tip: Tonkotsu with Black Garlic
I was really disappointed with my last experience. I understand guys are trying to maximize their turnover but I got ice-cold boiled egg with my miso ramen 😒 And it was too salty to be good...
