unprofessional.the workers seemed a bit clueless.the room was very nice and comfortable.reasonably prices if you book your stay online.they even have an extension add on at no extra cost

Hot water runs out quick! Toilets are ridiculously powerful.. You have to experience it to believe it! Parking situation needs to be addressed. Nice rooms!

We came back to the hotel at 3 am &our keys didnt work. Went to the lobby & they thought we had checked out but left our luggage! Gave us another room and free breakfast. Kinda odd!

Thin walls let you hear all kinds of stuff. Then the door reader stopped reading our room key at 10 pm and we had to wait until after 11 until an engineer could unlock the room. Then....

The guy at the front desk was great.Room was clean.its 1 min walk to Riverwalk

No longer a Sheraton property. We used a Groupon and found it a good value close to Riverwalk

Rooms are nice - we were given free breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience with the room. Wireless wifi is 1 megabit speed - my cell phone is faster.

Guests are levied a mandatory $16 valet parking fee - you cannot park your car yourself.

No vending machines, the Peaberry's location across from the front desk has coffee, juice and soda.

Nice spacious rooms but parking is a hot mess. Not secure and not enough space. Car was vandalized.
