Flying Squirrel Pizza

This is the best pizza in Seattle. And I love that they offer Field Roast (veggie) sausage. I highly recommend the #3 (with Field Roast, not meat) or the Eartha Kitt. Delish!

Summer means the Gus Williams! Hold your babies up to the kitchen door + make them wave hello to Smitty. He's like a taller Ira Glass. Seriously, damn good pizza + service here.

#8 (free-range egg, organic arugula, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, red onion, sauce) sounded very intriguing. However they ran out of fresh mozzarella when I went, have to go back and try that.

I have dreams of the #6: Lemon-herb-garlic roasted potato, Maytag blue cheese, chive oil, spinach, + mozzarella. So satisfying.

The Figure 8 is the amazing. Get it when it's in season!

Got a number 6 and it was amazing. Actually of the three topping combos they were all pretty awesome. definitely would do a 4 and a 6 again

There's about 6 parking spots in the lot around the West side of the building.

This place used to be super friendly but staff turn over and expansion to other locations has destroyed the neighborhood vibe.

Only order the Maggie's if you're NOT a cheese fan - although it boasts two kinds of cheese, it is primarily tomatoes and basil. Big bummer.
