Been here 10+ times
Taipei City Hall station exit 1, turn right and you'll see a 7-11 shop, please keep going inside of alley about 3 minutes then you'll see Empress at your left hand side after you passed Family store.

捷運藍線搭到市政府站從一號出口出來,往右會看到7-11在右轉繼續往下走過了全家往左走邊看就到了, 裡面除了有賣酒外還有好吃的炸物還有 PIZZA喔!
