Fresh homemade corn or flour tortillas are divine on their own, or better w/ fresh guacamole, queso flameado (w/ chorizo or hongos [portobello]) or salsa (mild house red or spicy verde on request)
Pros: Fun atmosphere, mariachi, great service, good chips/salsa. Cons: Food lacks flavor, spice or something. Corazon margarita is positively awful, IMO.
My favorite thing on the menu right now is the Brisket Tacos. Yum!! If the Mariachi Band comes in, they are loud and terrible. Complain to Sam, the manager, and he will make them leave.
Honestly? The best Tex Mex I've ever had. Salsa is so flavorful. I want to marry the queso. And the brisket quesadilla is ridiculous. Our server Josue was top-notch. Go here. Go here now.
